Registered Office

Every company must have a Registered Office at which official documents can be served (Companies Act 61 of 1973 (as amended) Section 170(1), Close Corporation Act 69 of 1984 (as amended) Section 25(1)). The Registered Office address need not be the companies place of business and is often the address of the persons providing company secretarial or registration services.

Only Registered Office post such as from the Receiver of Revenue (SARS), CIPRO and other Governmental bodies will be sent on to you. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A MAIL FORWARDING ADDRESS.
